Whether you work in a corporation, a small business, a not-for-profit, a church, in education, from your home, or for the government, we can imagine a world where leaders are learning, know themselves, are investing in the development of those they lead, and are willing to make observable sacrifices for others. We also imagine a world where organizations invest most of their resources in processes and systems and people that really make in a difference in the lives of people. What if, over the next five years, we could intentionally prepare thousands of leaders for their next leadership role? What would they need and what could we provide them? We are in the business of helping the next generation of leaders build character, increase their competence, and articulate the purpose in their work and life to those they lead.
