Dr. Rob McKenna is Chair of the Department of Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Seattle Pacific University and co-founder of Real Time Development Strategies, a leadership development consulting firm focused on developing leaders where we know they are learning, right in the job. Dr. McKenna wears many hats as a consultant, a leader, a professor, an author, and as a self proclaimed enthusiast for online gaming and social networking technologies. He has spent the last 15 years as a consultant to a broad range of fortune 100 companies, not-for-profits, and churches and has authored multiple articles and books. His most recent publication is Dying to Lead: Sacrificial Leadership in a Self-Centered World, a book highlighting the realities of leading well in the most difficult of times. He earned a Ph.D. from Claremont Graduate University and an MBA from Seattle Pacific University. He lives in Kirkland, Washington with his wife Jackie and their two sons, Aidan and Ryan. |
